Melissa Peters is a graduate student in the Master of Public Policy program with a concentration in Environment and Human Welfare. She attended UNC as an undergraduate where she pursued a B.A. in Public Policy and History. Before the MPP, she studied abroad in Scotland at the University of Edinburgh.

Her interests include environmental policy, specifically through the lens of sustainable urban planning and large-scale public transportation.
