Heeran Park is a Ph.D. student in Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Her research focuses on evaluating the causal impact of public policy using experimental and quasi-experimental research design. She aims to support policymakers in developing cost-effective policies. Specifically, she is interested in examining the long-term effects of education finance-related policies on outcomes such as income, health, and employment.

Heeran earned a B.A. in Public Policy from Chung-Ang University and an MPA from Seoul National University.
