Christian Osei

Christian K. Osei is a PhD student in Public Policy whose research areas span through Applied Microeconomics, Health Economics, and the evaluation of Social Protection Programs. Prior to joining the doctoral program, Christian worked at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana, where he was part of a network of researchers that worked on several developmental research projects aimed at informing policy through various publications, reports, advocacy and stakeholder engagements. He was part of the research team at ISSER that evaluated the complementary services and the third wave of Ghana’s flagship social protection program known as the Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty. Christian earned both his Bachelors in Economics with Computer Science and MPhil in Economics at the University of Ghana.
