Megan Lacey is a Ph.D. student in Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Megan’s research interests include highlighting environmental justice in policymaking. She seeks to analyze how institutional inequalities shape responses to environmental hazards. She also aims to support policymakers in developing environmentally just policies.

Megan earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Global Environmental Politics from Bates College.
