Isabel Bukovnik

Isabel Bukovnik is a Ph.D. student in Public Policy with research interests in environmental policy. She has particular interests in environmental law, environmental justice, and the ways in which local environmental policies can create change on the state and federal level. She employs her data analysis and GIS mapping skills to help answer these questions.

Isabel obtained her BA in Integrative Biology from UC Berkeley, and her Masters of Environmental Management from Duke University. Prior to joining the program, Isabel worked as a data analyst for the City of Durham and a research analyst for the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Clinic.
