Steve Hemelt, Associate Professor of Public Policy, will be giving a talk at Harvard University on November 7th on his paper, “Skills, Majors, and Jobs: Does Higher Education Respond?” A co-author of this paper is John Conzelmann, a Public Policy PhD student here at UNC!
