Iheoma Iruka, Danielle Allen, and TK Musa Win Paper of the Year

Public Policy Graduate Student TK Musa, Researcher Danielle Allen, and Research Professor Iheoma Iruka have been selected as the recipients of this year’s Best Article Award for Theory into Practice for their paper, “African Centered Education (ACE): Strategies to Advance Culturally Responsive Pedagogy and Equitable Learning Opportunities for Young Black Children.” The article was selected from among all of the articles published in the journal last year. The publisher (Taylor and Francis) will provide a $1000 award, which will be split equally among Musa, Allen, and Iruka.
