Drs. Fuller and Lauen Win Best Paper Award

Drs. Sarah Crittenden Fuller and Douglas Lee Lauen, along with their co-author Fatih Unlu, have been awarded the Thomas A. Downes Best Paper Award for 2024 from Education Finance and Policy (EFP).  Their paper, “Leveraging Experimental and Observational Evidence to Assess the Generalizability of the Effects of Early Colleges in North Carolina,” was considered the best paper published in the journal in the prior calendar year.
