Betsy Norwood is an MPP student from Banner Elk, North Carolina. At UNC-Chapel Hill, Betsy pursued majors in Political Science and Public Policy, along with a minor in Environmental Science and Studies. Betsy is interested in environmental policy, specifically pertaining to the Appalachian Mountain region and the people therein.
