Victoria Neff

Victoria Neff was a graduate student in the Master of Public Policy Program with a concentration in education and labor markets at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Originally from Wilmington, Delaware with their family now residing in Charlotte, North Carolina; they earned their undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Victoria studied Public Policy, American Studies, as well as Social and Economic Justice as an undergraduate.

Victoria’s policy and research interests span from education and labor issues to environmental issues including climate resiliency and food insecurity. They have previously worked on a project focused on establishing stronger and more sustainable food systems in North Carolina. Victoria worked in collaboration with the Whole Community Health Initiative on a research project aiming to address an evaluation of equitable access to quality water in North Carolina communities.
