Anna Marion
Anna’s research interests include the processes and ethics of how public benefits and cash transfers in the U.S. are justified, administered, changed, and studied.
Prior to joining UNC Public Policy as a Ph.D. student, Anna worked on health and human services policy and the COVID-19 response for economically vulnerable populations at the City of Philadelphia, where she also completed a year of national service as an AmeriCorps VISTA.
Anna has a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Astrophysics from Villanova University.
