Faith Kanjira

Faith Kanjira is a Ph.D. student in Public Policy focusing on Health Policy, Bioethics, and Human Rights. Prior to joining our doctoral program, she worked as a Regulatory Coordinator at the Institute of Global Health and Infectious Diseases at UNC, Chapel Hill. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton and a Master of Bioethics from Harvard University.

Faith is interested in the intersection of justice and policy in creating a positive research experience for all stakeholders involved in research, including researchers, participants, and the broader community.

In 2020, Faith was also a fellow of the Western Institution Review Board (WIRB-Copernicus Group) international fellows’ program in bioethics and ethics committee administration.
