Laraib is a doctoral student at the Department of Public Policy. Her interests include how affordable and stable housing impacts life outcomes, and the role housing plays in adolescents’ development through life. She is particularly interested in how data analytics intersects with social policy.

Originally from Pakistan, she earned her undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences, Pakistan. She has two graduate degrees from Rutgers University New Jersey, Bloustein School- Master of Public Policy and Master of Public Informatics. Prior to joining the PhD program, Laraib has worked in the development and tech sector focusing on socio-economic research and development.
