Jenny graduated Cum Laude from Baylor University, Waco, TX, with a BBA in Operations Management.

Recruited straight out of college, she then worked for Ascension Health, the largest non-profit hospital system in the U.S. After six years of managing over $2 million worth of medical inventory and conducting a service-line analysis with a net savings of $3 million, Jenny attended the Bush School at Texas A&M University, eventually graduating at the top of her class.

Currently, Jenny calls North Carolina home and is working as an independent consultant for a local non-profit food bank. While at UNC, she is interested in researching the role that entrepreneurship and innovation play in achieving socially optimal economic development.
