Sarajaneé Davis

Teaching Assistant Professor

Dr. Sarajaneé Davis is a Charlottesville, VA, native. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in African American and African Studies and Political & Social Thought.

Sarajaneé earned her Ph.D. in History from Ohio State University. Her research interests include 20th century Black Student Activism and promoting digital humanities in order to expand access to inclusive and histories.

In addition to teaching, Sarajaneé currently serves as the Educator Programs Coordinator at we are, a Durham-based non-profit that offers anti-racism education.
