Noah Blutreich was a Master of Public Policy student at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Noah graduated in 2022 from UNC Chapel Hill double majoring in Public Policy and Political Science. He is passionate about enacting policies that allow for greater economic mobility and equality. Noah interned as a Policy Analyst for the NC Pandemic Recovery Office.
