Reiley Baker

Reiley Baker was a graduate student in the Master of Public Policy program with a concentration in Social Policy, Inequality, and Innovation. She attended UNC as an undergraduate and received her B.A. in Public Policy and Environmental Studies, with a minor in Social and Economic Justice. Prior to beginning the MPP, she served as an Environmental Policy Intern at the North Carolina Policy Collaboratory and volunteered as an abortion clinic escort and defender.

Her policy interests are primarily social, with a focus on environmental as well as reproductive health policy. She is interested in how environmental justice can be used in the transition to clean energy, and how reproductive healthcare can be expanded through policy.
