Aubrey is a Graduate Research Fellow at EPIC and a doctoral student in the Department of Education at the UNC–Chapel Hill. Aubrey is currently serving on the North Carolina Race to the Top evaluation of Teacher and Leader Effectiveness (TLEE) and Professional Development (PD), as well as the ECU Teacher Quality Partnership impact evaluation. Her responsibilities include the development of qualitative tools and protocols, and qualitative and quantitative analyses. Her research interests include pre-service and in-service teacher education; elementary literacy methods; and program evaluation.
