Lisa Goble

(entered 2005) is a technology transfer professional currently managing the Office of Technology Transfer at UNC-Greensboro. She graduated summa cum laude from the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG in 2003, with a major in Information Systems & Operations Management, and a minor in Economics. Her interest in the advancement of science and technology and economic development across North Carolina led her to her current position and the development of a strong interest in related policy issues.
She plans to focus her research on technology transfer activities in North Carolina to study their impact upon economic development. Lisa currently resides in Greensboro with her husband and teenage daughter. She loves to hike, camp and canoe in the NC Mountains, and spending time on their own small mountain hillside near Virginia.
